Meal Planning - Feb. 8-14

We have two leftovers in the fridge that I want to use up this week. A lot of pasta with meat sauce, and about 12 oz. of cooked turkey.

Sunday - crab cakes (bought at farmer's market yesterday), green salad, vegetables


Monday - salmon steaks grilled with dill sauce, salad


Tuesday - Fiesta Turkey Soup, corn muffins


Wednesday - some kind of pot roast type thing in crockpot


Thursday - baked pasta (use leftovers)


Friday - Orange Hoisin chicken in crockpot (Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker cookbook)


Saturday - Valentine's day, so maybe we'll come up with something special
